Refund Policy – Bavary

At Bavary, we are committed to maintaining a secure and transparent shopping experience for all customers.

Due to the international nature of our fulfillment operations, all refund and return requests are subject to review and verification.

Eligibility for Refunds

Customers may request assistance regarding an order within 14 days after delivery confirmation.

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • Product arrived damaged

  • Incorrect item received

  • Product significantly different from description

  • Verified logistics loss confirmed by carrier

To initiate a request, customers must provide:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • Detailed explanation of the request

Incomplete requests may delay processing.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

  • Delivery delays caused by customs or carrier disruptions

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Minor packaging damage without product damage

  • Normal shipping delays within disclosed estimates

  • Buyer remorse after shipment processing

  • Unauthorized return attempts

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment processing begins.

Once processing or shipment has started, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Bavary support before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.

Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified disputes may be challenged with supporting evidence including:

  • Order confirmation

  • Tracking records

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Customer communication history

  • Fraud prevention verification data

Bavary reserves the right to cooperate with payment providers, banks, and fraud prevention partners during dispute investigations.

Return Authorization

Returns must be approved in advance by our support team.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Processing Time

Approved resolutions are generally processed within 5–10 business days after review completion.
